My Journey

Early Career

I am a native Floridian raised in the Cocoa Beach area. I developed a passion for business at an early age. I worked for Disney Corporation while still in high school. My father and I started a take-out BBQ stand that eventually became a restaurant. I worked on the NASA Space Shuttle Program. I held a Florida Building Contractor’s license and built custom homes in Central Florida for 10 years. We also owned a fire and water damage restoration company and an internet access business. All these endeavors gave me a deep love and appreciation for business and business owners.

Passion for Jesus and His Church

When Jesus came into my life, I sensed a call to pursue full-time ministry. This led me to pursue His presence and prepared my heart to minister to His church.

After Bible School, I pastored Living Word Fellowship in Cocoa, Florida and East Coast Christian Center in Merritt Island, Florida. I turned over the senior pastor role to my friend and continued as worship pastor and executive pastor. Over the next 25 years, our church grew to several thousand members with multiple campuses. After retiring in 2017, Bonnie and I attended and graduated from Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in Redding, California. Presently, I work with the Bethel Leaders Network coaching and consulting Kingdom leaders all over the world.

Back in Business

In 2018 we founded PS103, a business consulting agency helping business leaders bring Heaven to Earth in their businesses. We also consult with church leaders to implement Kingdom strategies for regional revival.

My Family

Bonnie and I married in 1980, we have 5 adult children, and 14 grandchildren, and we reside in Cocoa, Florida.
